Lady Victoria Neal was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia; the Fountain City. She is the elder of three daughters born to James and Delores Bass. After completing high school, Lady Neal earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Alabama A& M University, and Masters of Education and Educational Specialist degrees in Curriculum and Instruction. She currently works as a Biology teacher at G. W. Carver High School in Columbus, GA.

Lady Victoria has a passion for God’s word and God’s people; especially the youth. She serves as a member of the Youth Council at the GPBC where she teaches Youth Bible Study and Vacation Bible School. Lady Victoria has also taught classes for the youth at various Fourth District events. It is her desire that God’s children be strong in Him; seek Him; and understand that He has given them a Purpose in life. Lady Victoria is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.

Lady Victoria is a strong supporter of her husband and family. She is the proud mother of one daughter; Meghan Obleton.
